Who we are

Sales Notification is an ikas app built by Keskin Digital. It displays your store's real orders as notification cards on your storefront.

What we process

The app reads only the fields needed to build a notification:

• From the order: the customer's first name, the city in the shipping address, the order date
• From the order line: product name, product image, product link
• Store information: store identifier and storefront domain

What we do not process

We do not access your customer list, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, full addresses, payment details or invoice data. The app requests only order-read, product-read and storefront-write permissions; it never requests permission to read customers.

What appears on the storefront

The customer's name is shortened: “Zeynep K.” The full surname is never displayed and never stored on our side. Location is limited to city level. Order numbers, amounts and contact details never reach the storefront.

How long we keep data

Records converted into notifications are kept for at most 30 days and then deleted automatically. Raw order data is never stored: as soon as an order arrives it is reduced to the few fields that will be displayed.

When you uninstall

Uninstalling the app from your store deletes every record belonging to it, including settings, notification history and usage counters. The code added to your storefront is removed automatically.

Where data is stored

Data is hosted on servers in the European Union (Frankfurt). Transfers are encrypted with TLS. Your data is never sold to third parties, never used for marketing, and never shared with other stores.

Usage counters

So that a store owner can tell whether the widget is working, we keep three numbers: how many times a notification was shown, clicked and dismissed. These are aggregated per day and per page type (home, category, product).

Nothing is recorded per visitor: no IP address, no cookie, no browser fingerprint, no visitor identifier. In other words we know “6 September, product page, 42 impressions”; we do not know who produced them. Counters are deleted automatically after 90 days and are visible only to the store owner in their own panel.

Cookies

The storefront widget sets no cookies. It uses the visitor's browser session storage only to remember whether the notification was dismissed and how many were shown. That information never leaves the browser, is never sent to us, and is cleared when the tab is closed.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Write to info@eyupensarkeskin.com. Uninstalling the app also deletes all of your data. This app is operated from Türkiye and complies with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).
